摘要: Effects of a single dose naloxone and D-Met2-Pro5-enkephalinamide on the DNA synthesis in forebrain, hypothalamus cerebellum 11 day old female rats were studied. As an index rate incorporation 3H-thymidine into was measured 30 min after sc. injection 40 muCi/100 g b.w.. A time dependent effect administration cerebral observed. In forebrain at 1 3 hrs increased found followed by marked decrease 9 12 hrs. The similar but initial increase hr absent. On cerebellar had no effect. resulted reduction labelling hypothalamic between to Except cerebellum.
