摘要: Abstract A correlation between phosphorylation and stimulation of RNA polymerases I II by homologous nuclear protein kinase peak from small dense nuclei mouse brain was demonstrated. Incubation polymerase with lowered the optimum Mg 2+ concentration in same manner as chronic morphine treatment alone did, suggesting that change seen during tolerance-dependence may occur through changes a result increased activity. Experiments investigating involvement cyclic 3',5'-adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) demonstrated dibutyryl-cAMP enhanced degree tolerance developed, reported previously [I. K. Ho, H. Loh E. L. Way, J. Pharmac. exp. Ther. 185 , 347 (1973); I. Loh, N. Bhargava Life Sci. 16 1895 (1975)], also morphine-induced increase specific Alterations regulation activity bave subsequently affected phosphorylation. These results suggest that, development, cAMP be involved possible polymerase.
