摘要: L'A. examine la relation entre le celibat et l'altruisme induit ou manipule dans des contextes institutionnels. La theorie evolutionniste predit que les individus peuvent se sacrifier au profit parents genetiques, etre humains en general reconnaissent parente par signes indirects. Ceux-ci manipules, institutions faire afin de maintenir renforcer d'autres comportements altruistes non-parente. Un survol publications historiques ethnographiques sur principales religieuses suggere avantages pour non-parents, ainsi plupart sinon tous traits manipulation parente, sont presents ces institutions.
