摘要: There are significant problems in the supply of housing Australia yet very little attention has been paid to construction chain. To date debate largely focussed on demand, affordability and land supply. It is contended that one key causal factors poor coordination between chain actors. The development integrated delivery solutions have not extensively recognised Australian residential sector. Ad hoc examples applications by some major building companies seen limited success, however, this diffused throughout sector with real impact overall performance individual company competitiveness. Whole-scale industry improvement requires a concerted effort undertake stepwise change.
