摘要: Abstract We tried to control the distribution of demagnetizing field inside magnetoimpedance elements fabricated using thin-film gain higher sensitivity. Elements with quasi-ellipsoidal shape were adopted modify distribution, because it is well known that expected be uniform in an ellipsoid. The larger impedance change and sensitivity obtained ellipsoidal compared those conventional rectangular elements. observed results analyzed by calculations on basis profile without effect. explained experimental results: improvement performance for attributed field. demonstrate a potential calculation contribute optimum design, miniaturization element order keep
