摘要: Abstract We investigated the dependence of demagnetizing effect on giant magnetoimpedance (GMI) properties elements fabricated using a thin film with uniaxial magnetic anisotropy. Using photolithography techniques, we two types sensor elements. One type has typical GMI configuration, i.e., easy axis is parallel to width element, whereas other an inclined axis. In sensors impedance changes and sensitivity at edges are reduced relative middle sections, discontinuous jump substantially or modified in easy-axis This divergence behavior can be explained by differences distribution fields within respective element types. Because field increased gradient growth edge rotation movement magnetization moment becomes increasingly modified. confirmed magnetic-field analysis domain observation that nonuniform occurs element. The change direction-to-gain ratio associated higher also discussed, method effectively utilize introduced. Only central part should used eliminate influence due field.
