摘要: Enteric histology of newborn goat kids fed lyophilized bovine colostrum (LBC) was studied. At 0, 7, and 14 h life 15 male newborns received 5% body weight (GC), both with 55 mg/ml IgG. Samples duodenum, jejunum, ileum were collected at 18, 36, 96 for analyses villus height, crypt depth, muscle layer thickness, partial volume the absorptive mucosa (Vv), density (Sv), quantification goblet cells. Three animals sampled without intake (0 h). The histomorphometry not different between GC LBC in all segments. In height differed sampling times (36 > 0 18 maximum observed jejunum. depth (96 Interaction intestinal segment to (duodenum jejunum duodenum ileum, thick - ness greatest thickness thicker than h. showed highest Vv 36 higher an interaction treatment cells number (LBC h) observed. ingestion did determine any consequences enteric first 4 days kids' life.
