摘要: The correlations between ambulatory blood pressure measurements (ABPM) and serum cystatin C (Cys C), creatinine (Cr), microalbumin (MA), β2-microglobulin (β2-MG) levels in 24 h (24-h) urine were analyzed children with solitary kidney (SK) compared to healthy children. Fifty normal functioning SK 25 controls studied. ABPM, Cys C, Cr, MA, β2-MG 24-h measured all Clinical symptoms signs, laboratory results, urinary ultrasonography, voiding cystourethrography, Dimercaptosuccinic acid (DMSA) scintigraphy results recorded the group. Four patients Wilms’ tumor two renal scarring excluded from study. mean ages of group 9.6 ± 3.6 9.3 ± 3.3 years, respectively. Cr levels, MA similar both groups (p > 0.05). However, excretion was higher living more than 5 years (p = 0.01). Standard deviation scores ABPM parameters showed no significant correlation groups. Children have increased long term, need prolonged follow-up detect early deterioration function prevent end-organ damage later life.
