摘要: The influence of inhibitors energy metabolism (2-deoxy-D-glucose, monoiodoacetate, KCN) as well various substrates for respiration (sodium acetate, glycine, glutamine, α-ketoglutarate, pyruvate) were investigated with respect to the effect blue light (450 nm) on contractile behaviour plasmodial strands Physarum polycephalum. When is not experimentally modified, induces a prolongation period contraction-relaxation cycle. This appears within 2–3 min and seems represent primary reaction this organism light. Inhibition by KCN completely abolished response blue-light irradiation. In contrast, an impediment glycolysis enhanced effect. indicates that related respiration, i.e., function mitochondria. Among different only α-ketoglutarate combined pyruvate applied in presence showed enhancement photoresponse, increase amplitude force oscillations. α-ketoglutarate-dehydrogenase complexes functioning mitochondrial are involved plasmodia
