摘要: In analyzing the effects of blue light on metabolism a chlorophyll-free, carotenoid-containing mutant Chlorella vulgaris Kowallik and Ruyters (1976) demonstrated an enhancement in activity pyruvate kinase (EC 2.7.1.40). While intensity- wavelength-dependences show good agreement with corresponding data other responses that alga, duration illumination does not (Ruyters 1980). An analogous discrepancy has been reported for light-caused stimulation phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase CO2 fixation colorless by Kamiya Miyachi (1975). These authors therefore presumed dual effect light.
