摘要: Pretreatment of mice with subimmunogenic doses meningococcal polysaccharide (MP), Pseudomonas aeruginosa lipopolysaccharide (PA), or Streptococcus mutans (SM) resulted in suppression antibody response. The transfer putative suppressor T cells (Ts cells) from donor primed a dose MP to naive recipients at the time immunization substantially reduced magnitude Also, infusion B taken animals immunized either PA suppressed response PA, respectively, relative controls, suggesting that Ts respond determinants on immune cells. We observed injection concanavalin A phytohemagglutinin (two lectins known augment activity amplifier [Ta cells]) 2 days postimmunization enhanced and SM. In addition, Ta-cell was transferred by using spleen Although administration also increased response, simultaneous MP. generated pneumococcal type III were found monoclonal Ly-m22, Ta responded antibodies L3T4 Ia but not Ly-m22. These studies suggest can modulate MP, SM, positive negative manner, respectively.
