摘要: Fluorescence correlation spectroscopy examines the chemical and the photophysical dynamics of dilute molecular solutions by measurement of the dynamic optical fluctuations fluorescence a few molecules, even averaging less than one molecule at time, in open focal volumes that are usually femtoliter (<10-18 m3). It applies same principles statistical thermodynamics as does quasi-elastic light scattering. Molecular interactions, conformational changes, chemical reactions, photophysical not ordinarily detectable light scattering can be analyzed by fluorescence cases which molecular fluorescence changes range 10-7–102 s.
