摘要: Certain amplicon-detection systems can detect target nucleic acid sequences without gel analysis. The TaqManTM system consists of primers for amplification specific DNA and a fluorogenic probe tat contains both reporter quencher dye. During the hybridizes with on amplicon, 5′-exonuclease activity polymerase hydrolyzes probe. separation from results in an increase fluorescent emission reporter. This indicates presence amplicon interest. LightCycler™ allows real-time detection by measuring fluorescence due to double-stranded DNA-specific dye SYBR®Green I. LightCycler uses glass capillary tubes contain 10 μl mix. complete analysis 10–15 minutes.
