摘要: Abstract A polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-based assay was developed for the detection of Mycoplasma hominis . This generates a 152-bp PCR product which part an initial 471-bp M. genomic DNA fragment. The fragment shown by hybridization analysis to be unique can amplify as few 18 molecules target DNA. diagnostic offers potential wide clinical application it is rapid and successfully performed on crude sample preparations from variety media or biopsies. use this should aid in defining aetiologic pathologic roles played thereby benefit patients.
