摘要: This paper discusses the internal patterns of competence building in multinational enterprise (MNE), with a focus on creation capabilities its foreign subsidiaries. We present new framework to synthesize 10 types MNE–subsidiary linkages leading capability development. find that several development processes are associated subsidiary-specific advantages. discuss process advantage within organizational structure MNE when it is differentiated network dispersed operations.
