摘要: Abstract The present study aimed to determine the most efficient experimental conditions of iron sulfate use leading optimal inhibition in development fungal pathogens. Assays have been focused on species inducing severe grapevine diseases. FeSO4 directly inhibited vitro mycelial growth Botrytis cinerea, Eutypa lata, Phaeomoniella chlamydospora, Phaeoacremonium aleophilum, Diplodia seriata, and Neofusicoccum parvum with variable efficiency range 0.5–10 mM. was always completely at 20 mM. This inhibitory effect greatly increased acidic pH values. anionic moiety molecule importance since bromide, chloride were highly active, whereas acetate oxalate showed a small effect. Electron microscope observations E. lata B. cinerea that treatment induced dramatic changes hyphal organization cell death. No toxicity observed leaves following repeated sprays antifungal concentration range. Therefore, may be proposed effectively replace long-term pollutant CuSO4 as an agent, additional advantage being important plant micronutrient.
