摘要: The 2014 breakthroughs fell into four main areas: innate immunity, host-microbe interactions, cell death signaling, and methodological advances in the study of signaling. Nominations included new discoveries about signaling immune cells, functions for lymphoid nonhematological importance interactions regulation host physiology. Also this year, we received nominations highlighting molecular mechanisms by which p53 contributes to pathology chronic inflammation how pathways mediate programmed necrotic death. Finally, saw use techniques identify drug targets, such as vivo RNA interference T cells computational methods large datasets different data types.
