摘要: Abstract Replacement of the aortic valve with new tilting-disc Bjork-Shiley prosthesis was performed in 133 patients during period May, 1970, to September, 1971. Thirty-two these had simultaneous implantation a Beall mitral prosthesis. None 13 early deaths (9.8%) or 7 late (5.2%) were attributable malfunction embolic complications. Objective evidence improvement noted by cardiac catheterization and treadmill exercise tests following operation. Clinical found 97% survivors three nineteen months follow-up.
