摘要: Since Harken et al. in 1959 and Starr Edwards 1960 successfully implanted the first caged-ball valve prostheses aortic valve, continuous dramatic improvement operative mortality, quality of prosthetic devices, rate postoperative complications has been achieved. At present time, late deaths related to implantation occur approximately 10% patients. Death is due large part intrinsic cardiac problems, such as myocardial infarction arrhythmias, also directly prosthesis itself. Life-threatening associated with include thromboembolism, hemolysis, paravalvular or valvular insufficiency, infection, those anticoagulation (1).
