摘要: Background A liquisolid technique has been reported to be a new approach improve the release of poorly water-soluble drugs for oral administration. However, an apparent limitation this is formulation high dose because large amount liquid vehicle needed, which finally results in low-dose formulation. Silica as absorbent used extensively formulations. Although nanoparticle silica can prepared and adsorption capacity, loading drug into still challenge. With aim improving capacity accordingly achieving loading, ordered mesoporous with surface area narrow pore size distribution was synthesized
