摘要: ErbB2 over-expression in cancer cells leads to a variety of biological consequences. These include cell cycle deregulation, increased invasion, altered adhesion, therapeutic resistance, extra-cellular remodeling, angiogenesis, abnormal stromal-epithelial interactions, disrupted integrin signaling and homing metastasis. Here, we review the current past literature demonstrate how can impact cell-cell, cell-stromal cell-matrix further promoting progression. Through understanding full interactive picture involved ErbB2-mediated progression, new-targeted therapies may bring promise clinic, benefiting patients who have over-expressing cancers.
