High-Performance Ferroelectric Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3Single Crystals Grown by Top-Seeded Solution Growth Method under High-Pressure Oxygen Atmosphere

摘要: Top-seeded solution growth method under high-oxygen-pressure atmosphere has been developed for obtaining high-performance and large-sized single crystals of ferroelectric Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3 (BNT). Crystals grown at 1000 °C a Po2 0.9 MPa exhibited well-saturated hysteresis with remanent polarization 34 μC/cm2 coercive field 22 kV/cm along cubic. The spontaneous BNT cubic is estimated to be 59 from the measured properties obtained.
