摘要: Elevated plasma uric acid levels are associated with obesity and could be an expression of insulin-resistant state. The aim the present study was to evaluate in obese normal-weight children exclusively at prepubertal stage its relationship anthropometric measurements, intake, features insulin resistance syndrome. A performed 34 20 children. Nutrient intake determined using a 72 h recall questionnaire consumption food frequency questionnaire. Anthropometric parameters fasting lipids, glucose, insulin, leptin, adiponectin, tumour necrosis factor (TNF-alpha) were measured. Multiple regression analysis used identify association parameters, nutrient syndrome variables (arterial blood pressure, homeostasis model assessment index- HOMA- triacylglycerols and, HDL-cholesterol) acid. Plasma concentration significantly higher group than control when adjusted by sex, age BMI positively tricipital skinfold resistance, negatively adiponectin. In multiple analysis, BMI, HDL-cholesterol adiponectin independent predictors conclusion, elevated children, compared lean subjects, period, seems early metabolic alteration that is other
