摘要: Hyperuricemia is part of the "metabolic syndrome". The aim this study was to investigate regulation and role serum uric acid in cardiovascular risk factor profile obese children adolescents. Serum levels selected factors hormones were determined 269 aged 10.0-15.9 years with a BMI >90th percentile (mean 24.0 kg/m2, SD 5.43). Stepwise regression adjusted for age sex revealed that testosterone (p < 0.0001), systolic blood pressure 0.0017), triglycerides 0.0345) cholesterol/HDL ratio 0.0393) positively correlated accounted 42.1% variance. Additional models same set variables indicated contributed significantly cholesterol/HDL, total cholesterol, pressure, respectively. These results suggest not yet described impact androgens Furthermore, they show reliable indicator "pre-metabolic syndrome" youths.
