摘要: The public, and the government agencies that they influence, are often aroused to cause of wildlife conservation only after species seriously endangered. Unfortunately, protection restoration already endangered is at best an expensive difficult endeavor; worst, it can be a futile one. Thus, there no question preventive measures ones. This certainly case in efforts directed toward shorebirds.
