摘要: Purpose – This paper presents best practices of global and local initiatives for social economic capital development. It introduces the notion “megacommunities” representing broad multilateral stakeholder groups that work together resolutions large‐scale health, environmental problems. The also takes a more view by discussing few regional municipal examples “intelligent communities” at forefront knowledge economy.
