摘要: Abstract In this paper measurements of the thermal conductivity barium titanate between 2 and 100 K are presented. discussion these it appears that phonon scattering at domain walls is importance. The also presents a previous 150 450 K. attention focused on phonon-phonon processes involving phonons from ferroelectric optic branch.
