摘要: With the use of selected area electron diffraction technique microscopy, thermal diffuse scattering due to low frequency transverse optic lattice waves barium titanate was observed in both tetragonal and cubic phases. In phase there exists strong intensity distribution on (100) tet (010) planes reciprocal space, but weak one (001) plane perpendicular ferroelectric polar-axis. is found all {100} cub planes.
