摘要: Vegetable oil methyl esters are increasingly being used as substitutes for petroleum-based diesel fuels. Because the presence of triglycerides and partial glycerides in fuel a result incomplete transesterification vegetable oils can lead to serious engine problems, continuous quality control product is essential. A rapid gas chromatographic method has been developed quantitative determination mono-, di-, esters. Prior analysis, diglycerides were silylated with N,O-bis(trimethylsilyl)trifluoroacetamide; tridecanoin was internal standard. Calibration performed by analysis standard solutions containing triolein: calibration plots mono- showed good linearity, whereas no linearity observed triolein concentrations below 0.05 mg/ml. When non-linear multi level employed quantitation triglycerides, gave excellent results esters.
