摘要: Monoglycerides represent a reaction residue in renewable biodiesel fuel. Among the possible glyceridic forms they are poorly soluble and have high melting point. For this reason during field use of neat or blend with diesel, monoglycerides can cause problems as regards to cold stability fuel plugging filters. The problem quantitatively evaluating content has been addressed solved last 20 years, generally by means GC. Recently need for strong reduction total saturated appeared. In parallel technology changes new analytical methods be developed, order fulfill requirement accuracy precision at low concentration levels. technique presented here allows determination separate quantification glycerol monopalmitate stearate. proposed method is based on acetylation hydroxy groups sample, followed micro column solid phase separation, isolation polar fraction containing all acetylated glycerides, GC internal standard. By using noise path obtained thus allowing identification peaks. Our results discussed comparison those existing standards demonstrated good repeatability even levels. Practical applications: setup allow request coming from automotive world these partial glycerides used pure diesel currently available not sufficiently precise concentrations below 0.3% do evaluation content. This proposal might overcome it ready future standardization activity.
