摘要: A solid state electrochromic display with the following configuration: transparent conductor/WO3/Na1+xZr2SixP3−xO12/ Na0.3WO3/conductor has been fabricated and studied. The properties of electrodes are shown to be dependant upon preparation conditions. Two problems, specifically due nature this device, also discussed. These incompatibility WO3 layer processes necessary deposit a electrode onto it, large resistance at electrode/electrolyte interfaces.
