摘要: Abstract A drug which increases the K d of a radioligand without altering its B max has competitive interaction with receptors. Although such data occur most commonly in simple situations and bind reversibly to common binding site receptors other ways, Antonio DeBlasi Harvey Motulsky point out that similar can also be obtained more complicated situations.
