摘要: Micro-Raman spectroscopy was performed on normal and tumor breast tissue of rats. Our results have shown that the strength Raman spectra intensity can be useful to differentiate between tissues. Also, fingerprint biochemical markers makes possible automatic discrimination classification abnormal tissue. For this evaluation, principal component analysis generalized linear discriminate were used. From our results, we believe rat model cancer helpful understanding molecular changes its early detection.
