摘要: Breast cancer is the leading affecting women. Conventional screening and diagnostic methods are shown to suffer from well-described limitations. The aim of this study was evaluate Raman spectroscopic models, which were developed earlier, by blinded tissue samples. We have recorded spectra 69 In each sample, six or more at different locations. Pretreated matched against normal, malignant benign standard sets obtain a match/mismatch status, in turn correlated with histopathology. Among samples analyzed, 61 could be unambiguously diagnosed as 29 17 15 benign, their only one set mismatched others. cases remaining samples, matching them pathological determining criteria. These since least these tissues had sets. Thus, we demonstrate good correlation between histopathology diagnosis. Therefore, findings further support efficacy models that us. Prospectively, developing for many conditions possible followed rigorous validation, objective/unambiguous diagnosis breast pathologies can realized.
