摘要: The experiment was conducted to see the efficacy of various treatments on extending post-harvest life fruits mango (Mangifera indica L.) Sipia. In stored at room temperature, all showed higher ripening index values than control. 250 ppm GA3 treatment most effective in delaying during storage and minimized weight loss. bavistin (500 ppm) proved reduce fruit-rot, TSS carotenoids increased, while acidity ascorbic acid decreased steadily with increasing duration irrespective treatments. Among treatments, 500 alone combination retained highest marketable value, organoleptic rating consumers acceptability.
