摘要: The invention discloses a rapid amplification kit and method for UGT1A1 gene, wherein the is composed of UGT1A1*6 unit UGT1A1*28 unit, includes specific primer to amplify shown as in sequence table SEQ ID NO: 1; 2. A multiple PCR (polymerase chain reaction) used herein, amplifying performed on gene polymorphic sites andUGT1A1*28, an system stable efficient, be detected can amplified quickly accurately at same time, primers herein have high specificity, products are complete, good basis laid subsequent genetic sequencing.
