摘要: In this paper, we propose a multi-layered adaptive load management (ALM) system capable of integrating large-scale demand response efficiently and reliably. At the tertiary layer, system/market operator utilizes bid curves provided by aggregators on behalf end-users they serve. This information is processed together with generators. The further used to estimate electricity price send it aggregators. Similarly, at secondary utilize them individual end-users. Based end-users' requests estimated given operator, create aggregate all their users, share both own customers. Finally, primary functions while taking into consideration needs preferences. They provide aggregator. proposed ALM best implemented online. basic formulation multi-directional decision making exchange in support system. We illustrate process using simple simulations. can be implement for different industry rules, such as fixed rate, time-of-use, real-time pricing.
