摘要: Abstract Feeding for a 14-week period, of diet containing soybean dietary fiber to Zucker fatty (fa/fa) rats decreased plasma glucose and insulin levels, while triglyceride cholesterol levels remained unchanged. The in liver epididymal fat-pads were lower fiber-fed compared those fed without fiber. Fecal weight was higher transit time also shorter these rats. Soybean the protein fecal excretion.
