摘要: The effect of off-resonance irradiation on the water proton NMR signal intensity has been investigated as follows: (a) in presence a paramagnetic probe like manganese(II); (b) bovine serum albumin (BSA) and two gadolinium(III) complexes, Gd-DTPA Gd-BOPTA; (c) cross-linked BSA above-mentioned complexes. experimental data have rationalized basis available theoretical models. effectiveness complexes contrast agents for MRI predicted. It is shown that providing comparable longitudinal transverse relaxation rate enhancements are those general interest magnetization transfer-MRI.
