摘要: Analysis for gibberellin-like substances (GA) and cytokinins in cold non-cold treated fall-bearing June-bearing cultivars of red raspberries (Rubus idaeus L.) was made at the 10 20 node stages growth (at nodes, all plants were vegetative; only flower induced). Quantitative changes GAs, as analyzed by lettuce hypocotyl bioassay, observed induced plants. In stage growth, there a 100% greater activity than Likewise, had 60% growth. Major qualitative differences GAs between but not cultivars. Changes compounds Rf 0.3 0.5 accounted 35 to 54% total increase GA non-induced growth. Cytokinin tested tobacco callus bioassay treatments. However, type 70% cytokinin both growth. It is suggested that gibberellins, possibly acting synergistically with cytokinins, are involved inflower induction raspberries.
