摘要: Abstract Polyclar AT, an insoluble form of poly- N -vinylpyrrolidone is highly effective (60-fold reduction in dry weight) purification gibberellin-like substances plant extracts, presumably by selective removal phenolic compounds and perhaps other organic acids. Biological activity extracts several bioassays for gibberellins was invariably enhanced the technique. Quantitative elution abscisic acid, indoleacetic zeatin, exhibiting a wide divergence polarity glucoside gibberellin A 3 obtained from columns AT. Separation number each acid also possible. The properties AT toward these hormones are discussed.
