摘要: We investigated to what extent different types of NO donors induce caspase activation by opening the mitochondrial permeability transition pore (PTP) or inhibition respiration. found that nitrosothiols can directly open PTP in isolated mitochondria and cause cytochrome c release, whereas NONOate not. In macrophages is blocked cyclosporin A calcium chelation, both which prevent opening, caused NONOates much less sensitive these agents. Inhibitors respiration did not promote mitochondria, although they macrophages, this was slower than donors, relatively insensitive chelators suggesting involved.
