摘要: Abstract. The holotype of Malvinoconulariacahuanotensis (Branisa and Vanek) (Devonian, Bolivia), the type species monospecific genus Malvinoconularia Babcock etal., is redescribed refigured. M.cahuanotensis exhibits several gross morphological features that together are uniquely shared with Reticulaconulariabaini (Babcock Feldmann). In both taxa, transverse ribs nodose, interspaces bear longitudinal ridges (bars or crests) collinear (line up) across ribs, centerline (midline) faces marked by a subdued ridge. Additionally, two may also be similar in anatomy external ornament corner sulcus. slightly undulose geometry M. cahuanotensis exhibited certain specimens Reticulaconularia; however, whether this feature primary taphonomic origin unclear at present. Together, these similarities suggest probably junior synonym Reticulaconularia. Resumen. REINTERPRETACIONDE MALVINOCONULARIA CAHUANOTENSIS (BRANISAY VANEK) DEL DEVONICODE BOLIVIA, AMERICA SUR.
