摘要: West Nile virus (WNV) is a member of the genus Flavivirus in family Flaviviridae. Flaviviruses replicate cytoplasm infected cells and modify host cell environment. Although much has been learned about virion structure virion-endosomal membrane fusion, receptor(s) used have not definitively identified little known early stages replication cycle. Members differ from members two other genera by lack genomic internal ribosomal entry sequence creation invaginations ER rather than double-membrane vesicles that are as sites exponential genome synthesis. The WNV 3' 5' sequences form long distance RNA-RNA interaction required for minus strand initiation contact on RNA stem loop NS5 mapped. Structures obtained many viral proteins provided information relevant to their functions. Viral nonstructural protein interactions complex some may occur only cells. between cellular components identified, functions most these delineated.
