摘要: Japanese encephalitis virus (JEV) is a mosquito-borne RNA that belongs to the Flaviviridae family. In this study, we have examined effect of cyclosporin A (CsA) on propagation JEV. CsA exhibited potent anti-JEV activity in various mammalian cell lines through inhibition CypB. The JEV was impaired CypB-knockdown cells and reduction cancelled by expression wild-type but not peptidylprolyl cis-trans isomerase (PPIase)-deficient CypB, indicating PPIase CypB critical for propagation. Infection pseudotype viruses bearing envelope proteins knockdown suggesting participates replication entry colocalized immunoprecipitated with NS4A infected cells. These results suggest plays crucial role an interaction NS4A.
