摘要: Abstract This contribution reports on the synthesis and main physical properties of p-type NiO nanoparticles synthesized for first time by a completely green process using Agathosma betulina plant extract as an effective oxidizing/reducing agent. The surface/interface volume room temperature TEM, EDS, XRD, FTIR, Raman photoluminescence well XPS are reported. Likewise, standard blade made film pressed n-type onto Silicon substrate such exhibited good photodiode response in NIR spectral range.
