摘要: Abstract Mesoporous metal oxides ZnO are prepared by wet impregnation via hard templating synthesis method using KIT-6 mesoporous silica. The pore size of silica with the symmetry bicontinuous cubic Ia3d have been controlled in range 3.4–4.9 nm, indicating existence ordered within walls respectively, choosing surfactants and adjusting temperature. template has considered to be an important factor that determines mesostructure resulting oxides. ZnO/KIT-6 samples studied XRD, transmission electron microscope (TEM), BET surface area, photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy. nanocomposite can used as a white light emitting diode (w-LED) ultraviolet nanolasers.
