摘要: This study investigates the relationship between leptin and fetal bone metabolism by measuring blood levels of leptin, carboxy-terminal pro-peptide type I pro-collagen (PICP; a marker formation) cross-linked telopeptide collagen (ICTP; resorption). The median gestational age at time sampling was 23 weeks (range, 18-35). There positive correlation concentration (r = 0.543, P < 0.001) negative both PICP ICTP -0.592 r -0.550, respectively, 0.001 for both). Also, there concentrations -0.260, 0.022) -0.622, 0.001). Using multiple regression analysis, positively correlated to 0.240, 0.042) negatively -0.420, increase in with is consistent adipose tissue development subsequent accumulation fat mass. suggests that may decrease resorption overall effect increasing Therefore, play role as part its on growth development.
