摘要: We have investigated relative distribution of proteins constituting different multi-enzyme complexes in chloroplast membranes by Western blot analyses. In addition, pulse-chase experiments revealed lateral diffusion some these between stromal and granal proteins. Two classes became evident. One class constitutes those that undergo within the thylakoids show dual location. This includes 32kDa protein, D2 protein cytochrome b559 which are components photosystem II reaction centre, light harvesting chlorophyll a/b apoprotein. The second do not appear to translocate membranes, associated exclusively with one membrane types. To this belong 43kDa 51kDa core (granal membranes), alpha beta subunits ATPase subunit 2 I centre (stromal membranes).
