摘要: Efficiency factors are proposed describing the effectiveness of utilization fibre stiffness and strength when a random distribution extensible fibres is incorporated in brittle matrix. A length efficiency factor for calculation derived, which includes effect sliding friction during pull-out; this reduces to two previously applied limits. The interaction orientation considered, general both on randomly reinforced short matrices derived.
